Mushroom Masala




 Ingredients:-

  • 1/2 Kg Mushroom Cleaned and Sliced 
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped       
  • 2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 Red Tomato Paste  
  • 2-3 Green Chilli              
  • 1/2 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder         
  • 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder       
  • 1/2 tea spoon Garam Masala  
  • Salt(According to Taste)            
  • 2 table spoon of Cooking Oil                                     
  • 1 tea spoon Coriander Powder              

Preparation Method:-


  • Cut all Mashroom in slices.
  • Take a small pan and heat some Cooking oil.
  • Add chopped onions in it. Fry onions untill golden brown in colour.
  • Add some ginger-garlic paste in it and fry it until its golden brown.
  • When oil separates add some tomato paste.
  • When oil leaves tomato and onion mixture, add some coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
  • Leave it for 2-3 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
  • When the masala is thoroughly fried, Add mushrooms, green chilies and stir until the spices cover the mushrooms. 
  • Cook it for 3-4 minutes and stir it in between.
  • Add 1 or 1&1/2 cups of water as according your need.
  • When it comes to a boil, continue cook it for another 5–7 minutes on low gas.
  • Now it is ready to serve.
  • Serve it with rice, paratha or chapati.
