Ingredients:-
- 1/2 Kg Fresh Bhindi (Okra / Lady's Finger)
- 1 cup Onion Chopped long
- 2 tea spoon Jeera Seeds
- 2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Red Tomato Chopped
- 4-5 Green Chilli
- 3/4 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
- Salt(According to Taste)
- 3 table spoon of Cooking Oil
- 2 table spoon of Coriander leaves
Preparation Method:-
- Wash the Bhindi with fresh water.
- Cut all Bhindi in equal pieces(2 Pieces).
- Take a small pan/Kadai and heat some Cooking oil.
- Add Jeera seeds and chopped onions in it. Fry onions untill golden brown in colour.
- Add some ginger-garlic paste in it and fry it until its golden brown.
- When oil separates add some tomato paste.
- When oil leaves tomato and onion mixture, add some red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
- Leave it for 2-3 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
- When the masala is thoroughly fried, Add Bhindi, green chilies and stir until the spices cover the Bhindi.
- Continue cook it for 10-15 minutes on low gas.
- Now it is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Paratha or Chapati/Pulka.
