Masala Brinjals




 Ingredients:-


  • 250 gms Small Brinjals 
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped       
  • 2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Red Tomato Paste  
  • 1-2 Green Chilli              
  • 1/2 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder         
  • 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder       
  • 1/2 tea spoon Garam Masala  
  • Salt(According to Taste)            
  • 2 table spoon of Cooking Oil                                     
  • 1 tea spoon Coriander Powder 
  • 2 table spoon of coriander leaves Chopped             


Preparation Method:-


  • Wash and Cut all Brinjals in long length pieces.
  • Take a pan (Kadai) and heat some Cooking oil.
  • Add chopped onions in it. Fry onions untill golden brown in colour.
  • Add some ginger-garlic paste in it and fry it until its golden brown.
  • When oil separates add some tomato paste.
  • When oil leaves tomato and onion mixture, add some coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
  • Leave it for 1-2 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
  • When the masala is thoroughly fried, Add Brinjals, green chilies and stir until the spices cover the Brinjals
  • Cook it for 2-3 minutes and stir it in between.
  • Add some water if needed.
  • Continue cook it for another 5–7 minutes on low gas.
  • Now it is ready to serve.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with Paratha or Chapati.
