Ingredients:-
- 300 gms Fresh Paneer
 - 1 Onions Chopped
 - 2 tea spoon Jeera Seeds
 - 2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
 - 2 Red Tomato Paste
 - 2-3 Green Chilli
 - 1/2 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
 - 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder
 - 1 tea spoon Coriander Powder
 - 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
 - 2 pieces of cloves
 - 1 piece cardamom
 - Salt(According to Taste)
 - 2 table spoon of Cooking Oil
 - 2 table spoon of Coriander leaves
 
- Wash Paneer with fresh water.
 - Cut Paneer in equal pieces in length.
 - Take a small Pan/Kadai and heat some Cooking oil.
 - First of all deep fry Paneer pieces.
 - Then again take a small Pan/Kadai and heat some Cooking oil.
 - Add jeera seeds, cloves, cardamom and chopped onions in it. Fry onions untill golden brown in colour.
 - Add some ginger-garlic paste in it and fry it until its golden brown.
 - When oil separates add some tomato paste.
 - When oil leaves tomato and onion mixture, add some coriander power, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
 - Leave it for 2-3 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
 - When the masala is thoroughly fried, Add Paneer, green chilies and stir until the spices cover the Paneer.
 - Add some water as according your need.
 - Continue cook it for 10-15 minutes on low gas till done.
 - Now it is ready to serve.
 - Garnish it with coriander leaves.
 - Serve it with Paratha or Chapati/Pulka.
