Ingredients:-
- 1 large Fresh Gobi (Cauliflower)
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 tea spoon Jeera Seeds
- 2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Red Tomato Paste
- 2-3 Green Chilli
- 3/4 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tea spoon Coriander Powder
- 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
- Salt(According to Taste)
- 3 table spoon of Cooking Oil
- 2 table spoon of Coriander leaves
- Wash the Gobi with fresh water.
- Cut Gobi in equal pieces.
- Take a small Pan/Kadai and heat some Cooking oil.
- First of all deep fry washed Gobi pieces.
- Then again take a small Pan/Kadai and heat some Cooking oil.
- Add Jeera seeds and chopped onions in it. Fry onions untill golden brown in colour.
- Add some ginger-garlic paste in it and fry it until its golden brown.
- When oil separates add some tomato paste.
- When oil leaves tomato and onion mixture, add some coriander power, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.
- Leave it for 2-3 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
- When the masala is thoroughly fried, Add fried Gobi, green chilies and stir until the spices cover the Gobi.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes and stir it in between.
- Add 1 or 1-1/2 cups of water as according your need.
- When it comes to a boil, continue cook it for another 5–8 minutes on low gas.
- Now it is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Paratha or Chapati/Pulka.
